Founded in 2011, DPZ provides services to its clients both in France and abroad, from its offices located in Nice and in Paris. DPZ assists private and public sector companies, non-profit organisations, investment funds, banks, individuals, and provides both advice and assistance with litigation.

DPZ supports its clients in the daily tax management of their core business and assets (including tax rebates, fiscal integration, formal tax procedures and tax analysis). DPZ also assists their clients in the completion of exceptional transactions (e.g. acquisitions, transfers, mergers, transfers of head offices or residence, refinancing) and within the framework of processes to be following vis-a-vis the tax authorities (e.g. approvals, rulings).

DPZ assists and represents its clients in pre-litigation and litigation procedures before the tax courts, in matters of lawsuits regarding recovery, and with their tax basis and taxes.
