APPOINTMENT BOOKING CONDITIONS
Our appointment booking conditions (here inafter the "Conditions") define the terms and conditions under which you, as a user of the webWebsite www.dpz-avocat.com (hereinafter the "Website"), book appointments with DPZ, SELARL with a capital of 100,000 euros, whose registered office is located at 5 rue Veillon, 06000 NICE, registered with the RCS of NICE under number 530 864 297, and represented by Maître Delphine PARIGI, a lawyer at the Bar of NICE, in her capacity as Manager (hereinafter the "DPZ LAW FIRM").
They are addressed to you (the users of the Website), whether you are:
- a natural person acting outside the scope of your commercial, industrial, craft, liberal or agricultural activity or a legal entity not acting for professional purposes: i.e. a consumer or non-professional within the meaning of the Consumer Code;
- a natural person or legal entity acting within the scope of your commercial, industrial, craft, liberal or agricultural activity: i.e. a professional according to the same code.
They apply to all appointments booked from the appointment booking page generated by the provider Calendly and integrated into the Website.
These Conditions are accessible at any time from the Website.

1. Subject/description of the appointment
The DPZ LAW FIRM's web Website integrates a Calendly appointment booking page allowing you to book an exploratory appointment with the DPZ LAW FIRM.
The detailed characteristics of the appointment (duration, price, location or format) are indicated on the Calendly booking page.
The purpose of this appointment is to allow you to present your current situation and your needs to the DPZ LAW FIRM, so that it can identify, understand and verify whether they fall within its area of expertise. This appointment particularly facilitates the proposal of support tailored to your needs by the DPZ LAW FIRM.
It is specified that this appointment is an exploratory, non-legal consultation. It does not result in any legal advice, any complete analysis of your situation, any audit, any legal strategy, or any personalised recommendation.
Following this appointment, the DPZ LAW FIRM may offer you a support package meeting the identified needs. However, it remains free not to follow up, particularly if your request does not fall within its areas of intervention or if there is a conflict or impossibility of intervention related to the application of the ethical rules of the legal profession.
2. Booking
Appointments are booked exclusively online, via the Calendly tool directly integrated into the Website. The Calendly terms of use applicable to you in this context are accessible at the following address: https://calendly.com/legal/invitee-terms-conditions
To book an appointment with the DPZ LAW FIRM, you must, in particular:
- Indicate the context in which you are requesting this appointment: within or outside your professional activity,
- Select a date, time and, where applicable, a meeting location from those offered, from the available slots,
- Provide the requested identification information,
- Where applicable, answer the appointment booking questionnaire set up by the DPZ LAW FIRM,
- Accept these Appointment BookingConditions,
- Pay the price of the appointment indicated on the booking page.
The booking of your appointment is final upon receipt of the confirmation email confirming the date and time of your appointment and providing you with access to these Conditions.
3. Price, billing, payment
The price of the appointment is indicated on the booking page, in euros excluding tax (HT). It is subject to the VAT rate in force on the day of the appointment booking, i.e. twenty percent (20%).
It is payable online, using the secure Stripe payment module associated with the booking page.
Any online appointment booking will result in the issuance of an invoice by the DPZ LAW FIRM, which will be sent to you by email, to the address provided during booking.
4. Withdrawal – for consumers and non-professionals only
If you are acting as a consumer or non-professional, you have, in accordance with the provisions of L.221-18 et seq. of the Consumer Code, a period of fourteen (14) days to exercise your right of withdrawal without having to justify it.
You may exercise your right of withdrawal by sending the DPZ LAWFIRM, by email, to the address contact@dpz-avocat.com, the withdrawalform accessible hereor any other unambiguous statement expressing your intention to withdraw.
If the right of withdrawal is exercised within the applicable period, the sums paid will be refunded to you within a maximum of fourteen (14) days from receipt of your request.
The refund will be made using the same payment method as that used for the booking, unless otherwise expressly agreed.
However, when the appointment is scheduled for a date occurring before the expiry of the withdrawal period, you expressly acknowledge and agree to request the performance of the service before the end of the withdrawal period and to waive your right of withdrawal once the appointment has been fully performed.
Consequently, if the appointment has taken place, you can no longer exercise your right of withdrawal.
If you exercise your right of withdrawal before the appointment takes place, the refund will be made under the conditions set out above.
5. Modifications, cancellation
You can modify or cancel your appointment using the modification link for your booking, present in the confirmation email sent to you. We invite you to make these modifications at least forty-eight hours before the appointment start time to allow the DPZ LAW FIRM to re-use the reserved slot.
If you cancel your appointment more than forty-eight hours before its start time, the DPZ LAW FIRM undertakes to refund the price paid at the time of booking.
Except in cases of legal withdrawal, reserved for consumer and non-professional clients, and outside of force majeure as defined in Article 1218 of the Civil Code, cancellation of the appointment initiated by you less than forty-eight hours before its start time or your absence at the appointment will not result in any refund from the DPZ LAW FIRM.
However, when the cancellation of your appointment is initiated by the DPZ LAW FIRM, for any reason whatsoever, the DPZ LAW FIRM undertakes to refund you in full the price paid at the time of booking. It is specified that the DPZ LAW FIRM reserves the right to cancel the appointment in the event of an apparent conflict of interest, force majeure, or if the answers to the booking questionnaire indicate a request outside its area of expertise.
6. Mutual Commitments
As the appointment is booked for a specific date, time, and location that you will have previously selected, you undertake to:
- Respect them and, in particular, be punctual;
- Ensure you have the necessary means for the proper conduct of this appointment, particularly in the case of a remote appointment.
It is specified that the duration of the appointment is fixed in advance and definitively. Any delay on your part will not result in any extension of the appointment.
The appointment maybe conducted by any lawyer from the DPZ LAW FIRM. The DPZ LAW FIRM undertakes to conduct this appointment in compliance with the ethical rules and customs of the legal profession, particularly those guaranteeing confidentiality and professional secrecy.
7. Processing of your personal data

8. Applicable law
These Appointment Booking Conditions are subject to French law.
9. Disputes
In the event of a dispute relating to the validity, interpretation or execution of these Conditions, please submit your claim in writing to the following address: contact@dpz-avocat.com
